Halloween Fun!

Every Halloween, our daycare children look forward to visiting our elderly friends at Minoru Residence for a special day of trick-or-treating and celebration. It’s one of our favorite annual traditions – a time filled with laughter, songs, and heartwarming connections between generations.

All the children were buzzing with excitement as they got dressed in their Halloween costumes, ready to perform for their senior friends. From superheroes and storybook characters to pumpkins and little witches, each child proudly showed off their outfit before heading over to the residence.

When we arrived, the residents greeted the children with big smiles and waves. The kids sang songs, shared their cheerful energy, and handed out handmade Halloween cards they had created earlier in the week. In return, the seniors surprised them with treats and kind words that made everyone’s day a little brighter.

Moments like these remind us of the importance of community and compassion. Our Halloween visit not only brings joy to the residents but also helps our little ones learn about caring for others, building friendships, and spreading happiness wherever they go. We’re so proud of our children for their enthusiasm and kindness, and we can’t wait to visit again next year!

Happy Halloween from all of us at GEA!
